I joined Homeaglow from the last time you posted about it. Used your link. Sorry, but I’ve been disappointed in my cleaners. Either they canceled, were late, or didn’t follow cleaning instructions. Yesterday the guy who was supposed to clean sent a msg an hr 1/2 before time saying he wasn’t coming. When I called him he did everything but cuss me out. Rudest I’ve ever encountered! I’m having the hardest time making a complaint. You can’t contact them directly. Even the live chat doesn’t work! Sigh. I will be canceling after the allotted time. HOWEVER, I truly think it’s my state!! Please still try it out for yourself!! I can really see the potential if you have a great cleaner!!
