Well said, a very reflective and thoughtful interview. This woman is so grounded. She has a good foundation and good parents. She has a NYU degree in sports management. Girl is going places. Nastia Liukin is a good speaker. Learning from failures, handling fame, social media bullying, staying fit, body shaming etc are some topics she covers. Ms. Liukin has gained some life wisdom. Does she have a book? Many experienced & successful gymnasts (i.e Simone & Gabrielle) could learn rom her. Also, many up and coming gymnasts will find this useful. I'm surprised the interviewer didn't ask her more questions about her personal life. Since personal life plays into professional life and vice versa. Is she married? Does she plan on being a mother? Does she own a gym? She would make a good coach or sports psychologist IMO. She's been there, done that and relates it quite well. Is she still a Daddy's girl or, is she a Mama's girl? Being "an only child" breeds maturity.
