While the workplace may not be the best place for romance or love, however, human nature and emotions sometimes take over and all logic is thrown to the wind. As we see at the very end, everything seems to have worked out okay for Miss Stone and Will. He is definitely a romantic as we see from the pretend Paris scene, and that is exactly what Elizabeth is longing for. Just someway to escape from her image of a strong, tough boss. I'm so happy they found each other.

But you have to understand, if you're in a position of power and you're giving people attitude, that can be incredibly threatening and hurtful. It can make your employees scared to come into work. It can diminish their self esteem/de-motivate them. It can cause crippling anxiety, not knowing if you'll be fired the next second from your only way of putting food on the table. What's bad is that most don't have the luxury of quitting a toxic work environment because they have bills to pay. It is unfair to subject a person to that. I know because I've been there myself.
