Okay since letting this video process and upload I’ve been thinking about the furniture and I don’t particularly mind the idea of buying more due to the price. 5 candles for 1 rug is a bit of a steal compared to other rugs we have in the game, 20 for 4 rugs isn’t all that bad. I think I was just taken aback by the entire idea of buying more because i had never thought about it before. 🤔 I am open to it, so long as furniture prices stay CHEAP for 1 piece of furniture!

There’s really no point in having the candle benches there when there’s literally the seats outside of the cafe which you can talk without a timer. Only good thing it could benefit is the daily quest to sit at a bench with a stranger because it only works with those specific benches.

For anyone who isn't aware, people can put shared memories at the base of the statue, which forces people out for the menu when they're trying to light their friends. That could be part of the reason why things are being moved around.

That happened to me a lot yesterday - had to stop and hide the memories so I could light my friend stars People really put shared memories anywhere, not thinking that some places we're going to be trying to click on other things

The "buy more" option is actually already in the game! I was able to buy an extra corner chair directly from my nest like a few weeks ago. It's still buggy right now, though. My friends can't see the extra chair I bought, but I can see it just fine!

Im still mad the entrance to the nest replaced the waterfall and that little space you had right at the top of the waterfall. Was perfect place to sleep or relax without the sun glaring at you and the noise of the waterfall was ahhhh 😢

The buy one get others later was added to the nesting shop so you don't have to have multiple numbers of the same item and pay a ton when you just want one. And it's actually a good idea because if a table was available one time in the shop, and it stops being in the shop, you can still get another one and you won't have to wait to get another table or be limited with how many tables you can have (I don't know if there is a limit yet but it would be cool if it was limitless haha)

14:19 You can buy for duplicate furnitures because in a few live updates ago, TGC realized from the feedbacks that players don't want to buy so many duplicate furnitures for an expensive price (like for ex. 4 chairs for 40 candles). So now the Nest shop sell individual furnitures that we can buy for cheaper price (1 chair for 10 candles). I dont have the prices off the the top of my head but you get the idea.

I’m pretty sure the ‘rug’ is actually supposed to be a vertical wall banner! My family celebrates lunar new year, us and our relatives usually hang up a bunch of these around the house. Typically they’ll have Chinese blessings written on them!

It changed a few weeks ago when they changed how you buy furniture in the workshop. For example, if originally there were a set of 3 and to get it all up front cost 32 hearts, its beoken down so its 16 to get it, and then 16 to unlock the rest at your own pace. I really love the chance, it's allowed me to get items and then work up to more instead of waiting 13 weeks between getting it all.

i think the change to the log in spot of aviary isn’t too bad, although i do miss the color. i have my own grief with the pole because it wasn’t uncommon that after leaving the constellation menu i’d fly straight into the pole/flags, but that’s a me problem LOL. though the expanse of water might be nice for having easy to see boat messages. i know the small water line around the pole existed, but it felt especially small and i can’t bring myself to run to the actual water edges towards nesting/duets to check for messages.

Now here’s the question: As a black person who is a f2p player, am I going to be able to get this hairstyle or are they going to lock it behind a paywall like they did with the Revival beaded locs hairstyle? I appreciate the addition of more textured hairstyles but if they’re going to continue doing that then it’s just going to seem like bad faith. I don’t even have locs, I never have, I’m just scrounging for any Afro-textured hair I can get my hands on, forcing people to pay or sometimes giving them an ultimatum of waiting 2-3 YEARS to get cosmetics that even remotely resemble their real life natural features is pretty shitty.

The furniture thing is actually something that was introduced a bit ago. I think the idea behind it was that you can buy one for cheaper, and buy more if you want more, for the people who couldn't afford the stacks of three or four.

1) I don't think those are rugs. I think they are meant to be wall hangings. And, we can buy more furniture items now for candles, just not seasonal items, like the lit branch, which I'd love one more of. The banner is beautiful, and would look great going out onto the balcony, with the "rugs/wall hangings" hung on either side of the entry door to our nests. 2) I don't like that they moved the pole. The maypole should be the central focus at the "town square" (or, circle, in this case). Moving it seems like you are shifting the focus to be on the top of the hill (WHY?) and makes the Aviary village entrance seem...ho-hum dull. It removes that sense of wonder and joy when you first enter the village. It was a focal point for that end of town, and it's a very bad decision to move it, IMO. Also, very rarely do people use the benches. They should leave the chat area as the café. Very poor idea to move the pole. Changes the whole vibe of AV.

I'm not fond of dyable hairs Idk why. I think I like that with the new days, hair being white will be the only constant on every skykid. And I really hope it stays that way. I would like, however, for accesories that are stuck to the hairs to be dyable, like maybe the feathers on the ult hair from Revival or things like that.
