If Nasus R is so critical, why doesn't anyone build Experimental Hexplate on him?

The normal build of Nasus, your R late game is less than a minute, and that's when you count the time you press R. Since it ticks down as soon as you use it. You could even build items that give a bit more ability haste, and you could get it down to less than 50 seconds. Lethal tempo gives enough attack speed. Experimental hexplate has the movement speed, but there are other items you can build to compensate for that. Not only that, Nasus doesn't need AD per say, because he can get the AD difference through stacks. Hexplate doesn't make you that tanky, only 300 health. It's a decent item if you're ahead, but if you need to survive and get to high prio targets, I don't think it's worth building over more defensive/ability haste options.

@eSuperHero I mean, it gives a massive burst of movement speed when you're on your ult. It's like a free ghost almost. 300 health is nothing to sneeze at especially with the compounding of health value from other stats during R.
