मैं 28 साल से अहमदाबाद में हूं, क्या आप वास्तव में जाना चाहते हो? इनके पास गायब ईवीएम कितने हैं 19 लाख? जगह जगह इनको खुद जितना है या विपक्ष के नेता को हराना है वहां एक ईवीएम में जनता वोट डालती है और शाम को 60% वोट पड़े, उसी समय दूसरी ईवीएम में खास जगह पर वोट डाले जा रहे हैं वहा 64% वोट डाल दीजिए, वैसी ही सील सिग्नेचर कैसे भी मैनेज करके लगा दिये,फिर evm को ट्रांसपोर्ट करते समय मौका देखकर ईवीएम बदली कर दिया गया, फिर रही बात अलग % की इसलिए चुनाव आयोग दुबारा वोट की % बतानी पड़ती है, अब बदली की हुई evm में vvpet गिनती करोगे तो सभी परची भाजपा की ही निकलेगी, इस तरह बढ़ता है %।

Presiding officer ke dwara formate me voter turn out account written diya jaata hai, jo evam me cast vote ka account hota hai. Ballots voting account alag hota hai. Agar evm+ ballot ko add kar diya jaaga to total voter turnup ka accont mil jaayega. Agar kahi is se adhik vote count hota hai to kahi na kahi galat ho raha hai. Example ke tour pay evm me 500 vote cast hua hai to presiding officer ke accont me total cast 500 hi hoga. Ballot vote ka account dc ya returning officer ke pass hota hi . Maan lia jaay ballot vote kisi booth me 10 cast hua to total (evm+ ballot) = 510 hua. If total votes in certain booth is 600 then evm percent is 83.33 & evm+ ballot percent is 85 . Diffrence in percentage is 1.67.
