I just recently found your videos. I am going through a tough time trying to overcome binge eating & self-hatred especially based on my appearance.. After watching some of your videos, I decided to stop making any kinds of restriction on my diet and just eat anything I want but not until I feel full. I really look similar to your w/o period photo (lean but not looking that great, not a balanced body composition with some stubborn fats) For last few days I've been eating a lot of carbs and sweets. But I think I should just let myself eat these for at least several days or a week because I think I was lacking too much of these. It is so hard because the negative thinking that I have to stop eating "bad" foods and I should restrict my diet again pops up in my head ENDLESSLY. But I will do my best to first give myself a rest and also get back on track to a "normal" eating habit, "normal" period. I will eat any kind of foods, but in small portions. I am currently having a lot of sweets, fats and carbs but I will gradually reduce the amount and try to have a balanced meal and try to have more healthier meal (I'm not saying that I will restrict myself again, though.) AND! I will start weight training 3-4 times a week (I was doing workouts but the weights at my house was too light so I'm gonna increase the weight gradually) Please wish me luck....!! I hope one day... I really get over this binge eating and truly love myself and plus! get a healthier, leaner body :) Thank you for the videos! You already changed my life a lot!

Love your videos! I drastically reduced my sugar intake this last July, like to practically nothing. One thing I have found is that around stressful times or when I have PMS - I really want junk food!! I try to think ahead then, and the weekend before a stressful week or when PMS will kick in, I make a sweet snack and a salty snack that I CAN eat throughout the week. I pack them into my lunch for work or I eat them after dinner for a snack, and I DON'T end up feeling deprived!!! My recent fave discovery is literally baked cheese - take provolone or mozzarella (I'm not a cheddar fan) and divide the slices into quarters - then bake for a few minutes. Less carbs than chips, and the fat in the cheese is super satisfying!

I commented this on your last video, but I'll say it again: I just have to tell you that I'm absolutely in love with HOME! I did Move. as well as CUT in 2018 and got amazing results, but haven't stepped a foot in the gym in two months due to mental health issues. HOME honestly couldn't have come at a better time! I'm on the second week and I have never ever been so sore. I never would've thought that you could work your muscles so hard from home. The moves are so unique, clever and I never would've come up with them myself, although I am quite experienced with training at home. I am already seeing major changes in my strength, leanness and overall fitness. And most importantly, I'm looking forward to my workouts again for the first time in months! I feel like after these ten weeks I'll be totally ready to get back into the gym and restart Move. Thanks a million! ❤️❤️
