Yes and I think too that what I've seen in the moon in Scorpio videos they don't mention how much they run off of intuition. It's not emotion or a fact. They really do have the emotion but if they "sence" danger the stinger comes up. Whether they use it or not. If they can't TRUST they can't love.

That’s almost too much scorpionic energy, beautiful and powerful but super imbalanced. Do you find you gravitate towards people with a lot of earth in their charts ? I also read somewhere that people who have triplicities or more in their inner planets, often end up extroverting the opposite traits than what they are. For instance a triple Aries may actually be subdued and shy, more introverted and not as fiery... even if they feel fiery inwards. Oh and ps, you are gorgeous :)

Leo Sun, Scorpio Moon here. When I was younger from ages 13 to 33 years, I had serious problems with opening up, showing my feelings and hated to let others know my vulnerabilities. It stemmed from an abusive childhood. I spent years in recovery and learning to express my feelings. I still have problems in this department but not as serious as before. Recovering from Codependency, opening up was very painful for me. I had issues with abandonment, being anxious-avoidant, I think it was the relationship with my mother that messed up most of my childhood and later early adulthood relationships. I think Moon in Scorpio had a lot to do with my personal relationships, especially with my mother. I used to be very revengeful and unforgiving. I used to be filled with hate and anger. I also had a hard time letting go of things. As a codependent I was also very manipulative and passive-aggressive. I'm in recovery now but I also still have problems with Self-love.

Water is the heaviest of elements so it makes sense. It will totally extinguish much of the influence of an air or fire sign sun. Feminine signs always pack a heavier punch than their masculine counterparts. My mercury is in scorpio too, so that conjunction together intensifies the pluto influence even more. Im a leo sun, scorpio moon. This is so true. Intensity is a big scorpio moon trait lol people have always told me i was secretive, mysterious, intimidating, eccentric. I can read people fairly well and know exactly when someone is being insincere, once you betray me I will forgive you but I will never forget it. Although I am quite air influenced, being a gemini sun, venus and mars, my moon in scorpio is definitely present and usually much more than the gemini energy. But then again, it depends. Did I say that ALL Scorpios are manipulative? You are acting like Scorpios are always angels. Every sign has its shadow aspects. With the Moon, these can be more apparent, in my opinion, because of what the Moon represents. "Seeing right through someone" is fine if you are properly perceiving things and not just projecting your own fears and past hurts onto the other person. However, Scorpio is a fixed water sign and so being objective can be very difficult. In the Moon position, it is even more difficult because we are talking about emotions. ALL water signs can manipulate when they feel vulnerable. It's one thing to whine all the time about life. But simply discussing one's fears and past sorrows is not whining. Putting up a false front of invincibility is all about the ego needing to think that its all-powerful. We all have fears, vulnerabilities and disappointments and sharing these with a partner is what makes us grow closer.

lemurian chick I think astrology shouldn’t be taken as a rigid science here. Everyone of us (scorpios) are from different backgrounds and have very different life experiences. Also the age here matters a LOT. All young scorpios are vindictive more or less but since scorpio is a sign of evolution or death and rebirth or transformation (whatever you call it), a scorpio is never the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. So categorising scorpios is actually really tough given so many possibilities, Unlike any other signs, not even other water signs. Over that scorpios get their “bad reputation” because they tend to reveal themselves the least even if it means them looking cold or manipulative on outside however they just trying to keep themselves safe and balanced, with respect to different situations.

I’m a Taurus sun, with moon and ascendant in Scorpio, and I agree with all you’ve said here about us,.. we are very forgiving, for the most part, however, forgiveness doesn’t mean we forget or leave it in the past.. and we may give second, third, and even fourth chances, depending on the degree of the offense.. but this isn’t weak or naive, I think it’s more about understanding human nature; people make mistakes and there can be all sorts of influences that might cause a person to say and do heinous things, or to be disloyal, but I think giving them more chances is more about giving the offender a noose to hang themselves. The offender would be kept at arms length,.. but be disloyal to me again, and I’ll not feel any empathy about it whatsoever... I don’t care about getting even, these ppl aren’t worth my time and energy, I just cut them out for good. However, if it’s someone I love deeply.. this can be very difficult for me and I would probably cry for weeks, but my intentions are never to get even.. I could not care less about that.

Gemini Sun Scorpio moon ..these past four years I'm all about existence, connections, darkside of human nature, trying to understand what's good and evil, trying to figure out myself, my desire and needs, my mind always wonder what's beyond the surface.. I am an Aries Sun, Scorpion Moon, Aquarius Rising with my Venus in Pisces. Midheaven is also in Scorpio. In my much younger years, I would go the distance with someone who i felt betrayed me or wronged me. As i grew older i realized much is out of my control and regardless of how I felt i was done, or justified in retaliation, i usually always got mine handed right back to me for "righting those wrongs". So i let things play out on their own now, and history has shown me that everything is always covered without my intervention. I still struggle when the pain of the first sting ensues, to have those vengeful thoughts, so i remain vigilant of myself, for my own growth, as i know i can't lose control of myself. I just parted ways from a Scorpion Sun, Pisces Moon, Scorpion Rising with her Venus in Scorpio, Midheaven in Leo. Our connection was very deep and passionate, but she could not control herself at all and was constantly talking of revenge and always ready to sting anything or anyone for whatever slight. I stuck by her hoping to broaden her horizon, as she really seemed, from the outside looking in, to be doing herself more harm than good. Then it became something that interfered with our connection, because i would find her with her stinger aimed at me. Knowing myself and where ive come from, i thought it was cute. Until it would dramatically get out of control and as you noted, the vindictiveness would be brewing beneath the surface and would spill out thru the cracks at random revealing where she really stood. But since I've evolved much further than her, i would bite my tongue and let her do whatever she felt necessary. I loved her and she will always have a spot in my heart and while i am disappointed for the wasted potential, i know all of that she was, is simply a part of who she is. I can't deny that her feisty, Italian-Salvadoran ass wasn't a big attraction for me. Shit, her sweat and body odor was a major aphrodisiac. It was an interesting experience indeed.

Compared to other videos on moon in Scorpio you are the closest to accurate in your info, in my opinion obviously. To me the vengeful and revenge hungry aspect in me was prominent when I was younger to young adult. Then getting into psychology (on my own) I had a better understanding to the human psyche and therefore the human condition, so im much more forgiving. I am just now doing shadow work but I think I've always walked on the edge of my path to shadow work from a young age since I knew and felt being extremely vengeful was not healthy for me nor others. What is your Sun sign--Pisces? xD Seriously, I think that there is confusion about what forgiveness truly is. You never have to see or talk to someone you have forgiven ever again. Forgiveness to me means you stop having intensely negative feelings and resentments towards someone else and understand that they are who they are. You're not trying to change them, change history and you make peace with them--even if it's just in your head! But no, I don't believe that taking back a friend or partner who has screwed you over makes any sense unless you know for sure that they know they did wrong and are committed to self-growth. If someone apologizes and there is no indication that they are doing what it takes to better themselves and stop their bad behavior, it would be foolish to take them back. But you don't have to let them live in your head, either. You don't have to trash them to other people. I hope you can see the distinction. Thank you for sharing that.

I don't like betrayal, but I would rather cut relations and walk away than seek revenge. I find revenge a waste of time and energy. I would just rather move on. I also can't stand it when people complain. I am definitely not receptive to that. I am Virgo Sun Scorpio Moon and I think that combo can make me come across as cold frequently.
