I always go to parities alone or with that one friend. When I get to parties they want me to perform because they rather I work for the intense attention I get that I don’t ask for then just stand there it’s better for them to understand and feel comfortable with theme selves. my chart shows sun, mercury, venus, mars and lilith in the 8th house, Leo. What can I say, my life was a crazy roller-coaster until I started to notice that something was going under the surface. Started studying astrology and discovered my placements and it all started to slowly make sense. There's something weird about money in my life. my first job after graduation was managing other people's money and property. My father gave me a large sum of money. At some point in life I had over 60K in debt but somehow whenever I would decide that it was time to pay it off, surprisingly I would make money in the stock market and pay off the debts....Regarding relationships: just crazy, everyone has issues; all these psychological elements and whatever a person has buried deep inside I can just see right through and I'm so tired of attracting people with trauma and issues...kind of learned to deal with all of this but everything starting to look like same patterns and same stuff and I just try to barely interact with people.... people are afraid to be around me at the beginning but after a few minutes of conversation they spill out all their secrets...I was told many times that the way I look at someone, it makes the other person feel naked. Women like it though and quite often married women or women in a relationship try to have s*x with me, just weird, I keep pushing them away.... i have a natural ability to fix, rebuild, transform both material things and people, and even groups of people (my pluto is in the 11th house)... I feel like this 8th house is both a blessing and a curse. Sometimes I'm just tired of all these cycles of destructions and transformations. Nothing is really stable.

It's true that I have experienced a lot, but because I've never gotten into drugs or alcohol or have tried to HIDE things like that, some people superficially assume I haven't suffered because it doesn't turn me into a jaded zombie like it would some people. I don't owe my personal life to everyone but it's like people who don't heal or learn will never have anything over me. Because they are afraid of change or depth or facing their fears. They think some things would haunt me but I bring things up because it doesn't bother me. People don't open up without feeling shame usually or they hide it. Taurus sun in the eighth house here. This placement is one of my favorites to learn about, as nearly everything I hear said about it, resonates deeply with me. @@lemurianchick am I happy? Yes I do. In fact, I don't feel much happy when I am trying to portray myself to others as someone I am actually not, just in order to fit in. I don't care what anyone thinks of me as long as i am being true to myself tbh and how I described myself is the most true version of me I know so far. Would rather be hated for who I am than to be loved for who I am not. And no, I am not angry at others, "others" can even include innocent people who never hurt me, no point on being angry at them. And if I have gone out to take revenge with someone, it would be only so because the next person has given me enough reasons to make things even with them after a long period of me showing patience. In some situations, you can easily let go and cut that person out of your life once and for all without taking revenge , but sometimes the situation would not be same. My way of communicating is pretty direct, honest, straight forward and blunt, so you might be perceiving it as me angry on others . I like to tell it, like it is, especially when I am telling about myself. If you're nice with me, I will be always nice with you.

I also have sun and Venus in 8th (in Cappy), so I’m also a very private person, but I also have very social placements like Jupiter and moon in the 11th and I have a Gemini rising…I wouldn’t say I’m vengeful or not social, but I do like to be alone and enjoy quiet moments to myself and my privacy. Heck sometimes if I want to be alone in my room and someone knocks on my door or barges in I get super bothered/irritated bc I feel my personal bubble/space was invaded lol but maybe you don’t have as many social placements and that’s why you are completely fine being hold up in your room and not talking to anyone. Hi Lemurian Chick! I'm so glad I found this video. I have an 8th house stellium in virgo and libra, which includes sun, mercury, mars, pluto and uranus. I am extremely investigative and probing. I am divorced. I found that the traditional family life is NOT for me. According to my chart, I have already experienced that life via my cancer south node. I'm an aquarius rising with virgo sun in 8th house conjunct my south node. I'm always intense that it gets so exhausting sometimes but I can't help it, go deep or go away. Also I have never been in a romantic relationship, a virgin at 33. It's a choice that I made since I was young, (and yes I was abuse when I was 4 till I was 8) its true what you said I don't feel traumatic about being abuse but I lost my trust. I don't trust many in my circles. I spent most of my time in my room, watching truecrime, astrology or ancient documentaries. I don't like commitment, job or relationship etc. I just want to be on my own, doing my own thing because freedom mean so much to me. (Probably because I have saturn, moon and uranus conjunct in sagittarius in my 11th and my Aquarius rising is not helping too and virgo sun the hermit) I actually started learning astrology when My north node was transiting my south node back in 2015. I always feel weird and different from all my peers so I prefer to just be on my own and tbh I'm ok with it. When people look at me I get so annoyed like why are u looking at me what do you want, it will affect my mood entirely. I hate being in the center of attention, and yes Im one of those who sits at the very back seat or corner in classes or public places. I am a Capricorn Sun and Mercury in 8th House. I relate much to most of the houses areas of experiences, including having complex emotions due to being an adoptee and having trust issues that also become not so healthy patterns in my relationships with women, including my mothers (birth and adoptive), one abandoned and the other infidelity and divorce that I also found it easier to remain single. By the way all girlfriends I dated were Scorpios, which I am thinking because of my 8th house I attracted them, and had some unusual sexual experiences. I have a kind of love hate relationship with my Father at times and through him I am lucky to have some financial gains. I have a twin brother who is bipolar and has dealt with suicidal idealizations and had a few hospitalizations. We are close and do everything together, the relationship is almost merged between us (we shared girlfriends at one point as well), but now he is more healthier with meds, the relationship is not as chaotic. I related to the feeling of hating the mundane I have had difficulties holding jobs, but maybe just need to find the right one, I'm ok with temp jobs. But one thing where this 8th house placement I do not relate to, is privacy and secrets. In fact I hate them! And have difficulty trusting other people who like to be private. I try to be honest, I am almost too bluntly with other people and I am too open which becomes a problem with other people who rather prefer privacy (like my kindred Scorpios and Cancers in my life, my family are all Cancers, which also stirred up problems). I kind of have a mouth. And I like to joke a lot. And I think a few of these 8th house elements are offseted by the fact I have the Ascendant, Chiron, and Moon in Gemini, the talkers and jokers. I have a YOD Apex Moon quincux from Neptune in Capricorn and Pluto in Scorpio, which also think adds to bit of stress and zaniness to my personality. My moon is a wounded moon you could say (which represents women and relationships) and I don't have very good aspects from it. The moon also opposes my Venus and Saturn in Sagittarius which forms a slight boomerang YOD pattern. As well as conjuncts my Chiron which is on my ascendant. I was meant to nurture either myself or others? (Moon is between the 1st house and 12) through words (Gemini). I read somewhere 8th House Sun sometimes likes to shine a lot upon the darkness which includes mysteries and secrets and taboo which might be another way to look at it. And why I am maybe quite the opposite of the houses typical secretive and private Scorpionic and Plutonic traits. The houses can sometimes represents the area of which people experience the most so maybe if I don't seem like the typical private 8th house person anymore, it still is focus for me of my issues. I can feel the vibes of people. At the same time I am the type of person that likes to press the red button with folks. Despite the stuffiness of having Capricorn placements which I probably was more secretive, as a child, I totally changed. Dealing with mental health issues myself, I realize it was just better to just speak your mind and seek help and treatment, which I would have suffered much less if I were just open about myself and not afraid back then. Aquarius Sun in the 8th house and i can totally relate...I also do Tarot as well...I remmber being young and not really being into the club scene but most ppl I knew was. I cannot go to a club, party, or get together and not drink and I barely drink at home...My mother is Schitzophrenic and has been as far as I can remember and I so for half of my life I always wondered why she was like that. I also half of my life telling ppl she was either dead or lived in another state until about my early 20's when someone shared with me that they had a family member like that as well...was molested once by an older cousin but it didn't go far because I didnt even think to tell until my grandma asked me if anybody touched me in my private areas and that was nipped in the bud quick. Seems like I always end up dodging a bullet in some instances, except for the times I didnt listen to that gut feeling. Oh and also I experienced a lot of death and rebirth if you will, and I think that comes also from my Scorpio North Node.

I take care of my mom now for the past 10 years and I haven't experienced anything in a psychic nature with her, but its like she is here but she is somewhere else at the same time and because she does not understand what is going on is where some paranoia can seep in...its challenging and interesting at the same time to take care of her...mostly challenging though lol

I have, I think, 4 planets in 8; Sun conj Uranus in Leo and Mercury conj Pluto in Virgo. Not quite sure about the degree of my ascendant because my father recorded my time as 4pm; my oldest sister said it was 5. I split the difference and tried to rectify it, but I am a rank amateur. But putting them all in 8 feels right to me, as does putting my ascendant at the end of Sag. Either way, Sun/Uranus is still in 8. I don't have any way of knowing what aspect or position to blame for anything 😏 I do spend a lot of time alone, but I'm quite comfortable with small talk; on the other hand, I am also quite comfortable asking things at a party like, "what do you think happens when we die?" Not because I don't have an idea, but because I like to hear how other people think. I like to shake up the energy. I have found a great discomfort, at worst, or a genuine confusion, at best, from people once the intensity is revealed. As I’ve gotten older I’ve grown tired of trying to put on “the act” so to speak. It often feels like there’s no common language - no reference point in mundane conversation. There’s almost an ability to read whether people have the depth of introspection needed to truly connect. It isn’t coming from a place of ego, like you said, but rather a desperate need to connect and trying to avoid the disappointment when those hopes are dashed. If I didn’t have music I really don’t know what I’d do, but my career has faced its own challenges as the level of intensity and emotional heaviness has gone out of fashion in recent decades. There’s this unwillingness that I feel has only been exacerbated by the pandemic to acknowledge emotions and traumas long since deferred in our society.
