In solo q you have to adjust always , but the best carry is to learn the map rotation properly and , in my opinion... as a Jungler can carry the match more easier than other roles because of the rotation... But repeating myself: " my opinion " ! In other cases like 50-60% of the games if you get good teammates you can just adjust yourself
