Can you make a video on how to optimize our FB Business, please? I am a freelance Graphic Designer via Fiverr and I just started my graphic designing company. I think I've to an extent optimized my IG but I am lost with FB. I would love to add consultations, my services, and bundles.

I'm mostly focused on Instagram with content creation so I'm not sure if I'll be sharing a video on optimizing Facebook. My tip would be to make sure you include as much information as possible in every single box that a FB business page has and including relevant information. For example, apart from including all your contact details and explaining what your business does in the description, you could also include your services etc.

Natalia, no adverse comment to you as I think you are doing a great job, but why is the whole Facebook/ Instagram thing so poor for posting video? Why can you not post to both at the same time? Why does it not auto re-size the cover/thumbnail? Why is it so clunky? Is there a solution to schedule video posts to both from Canva somehow? Thanks, Steve

I do agree, Steve! It's really not the best, given that it's a native tool by Facebook! You'd expect a much better interface and a more efficient process but unfortunately, it's not the case. I find myself not using it too often but I think it's good that this option exists in any case. I'm really hoping that they're going to develop it properly soon. You can schedule posts from Canva to Facebook but not to Instagram and it's only available in the Pro plan. There is a possibility to upload a video and schedule to multiple platforms at the same time in Later but again, there's a caveat because video posts are only available in their paid plans.
