+Dan Campbell If The Gift taught us anything… it's that "You think you're done with the past, but the past is not done with you." (VERY good, and I think somewhat appropriate, quote.) (Plus, it's a VERY good movie. It really sticks with you, and it makes you think. I would say it takes a couple viewings to understand some things in it.)

Allia Rosli I completely agree, I too was bullied badly during high school, it's been years ,I don't know how are they now ,nor how do they look like today, but their laughing faces when they were teenagers still in my head, I can still recall vividly what they said and did to me ,how they looked like back then .I really wanted to forget and forgive and I did.But part of me never let it go and still angry about those memories.

There's a line in GoT that Natalie asked D&D to be included because it was reminiscent of what happened to her in real life, where Margaery speaks to Sansa about her cousin Allana, who used to call her 'pigface' because of her nose.

Honestly, I found her interjecting herself a little too much in the conversation. I think it’s fine that she said to Natalie that she was also bullied, and admittedly her story of saying she knew how to kill but was told not to use it was funny, but if you’re a host you need to let your guest speak more.

I get it. I used to be bullied by this boy at school (he used to take my lunch food from me) , and the one time I stood up to him, he went to my mother's workplace (she worked just around the corner of my school) to tell her how I was being mean to him. When I explained the whole situation to her, she was mad at me 'cause he went to her in front of her co-workers and the clients of the store. She then basically told me to suck it up and let him bully me. And I was 8 and sad 'cause my own mother wasn't proud of how I stood up to him, so I did as she said and let the other kids be mean to me. So I compleatly understand what you mean, and I'm sorry you have to go through it, the one where she "didn't want to get a call from the principal"seems to be more common than I thought.

I was lucky. My father told me the next time the bully bothered me I should fight back. He had already been to the school and they didn't do anything. He told me not to worry about being suspended for fighting. A while later the bully was bothering me again so I attacked him and almost threw him down a flight of stairs. After that he never bothered me again. No one else did either.

You and me both. I pity the kid that will try and bully my kid. One of the proudest moments I remember was after some kid at my school bullied me. Last straw was he actually spat on me as I got off the school bus from the bus window. My dad marched into school, pulled the kid out of school assembly and screamed at the top of his voice "DARE YOU SPIT ON MY SON AGAIN! DARE YOU!" and the kid had tears streaming down. Cured the bullying from that day on till graduation. I'm not sure if that method will fly nowadays, I might have to get creative to stay "PC" but yeah, I'm gonna stand up for my kid too.

Victims never forget. Some of us can still be who we are and follow our dreams, but some can't, that's why there needs to be more support. I used to get bullied for being gay, my nose, ears, teeth, I got called stupid etc. I grew into my features and I like how I look, mostly. I don't care what people say about my sexuality - I'm going to uni next month and I couldn't be happier with where my life is right now. My bullies currently don't have a job, didn't continue their education and are more miserable than me. When I see them on a bus I feel hate, but I also feel proud because I overcame them and didn't let them beat me.

Oh bless her for saying "it makes it worse" then realizing that's the opposite we tell most kids so she quickly tries to backtrack, but what she's saying comes right out of her heart and experience and, sadly, telling teachers does not always make it better every time... tell SOMEONE, for sure, but the teachers are human and they can make mistakes if they don't fully understand

Life is cruel. You either experience the cruelty early or later in life...being bullied at school is better because it prepares you for what is coming and you become resistant and know how to handle the ugly side of human nature. You also learn what is important to succeed and how to handle different kinds of people. I was bullied when I was a kid and if it wasn't for that, I certainly wouldn't be where I am today....and neither would those two. Emotional scars from childhood are what drives us to become successful because we have to prove to ourselves and to others that we are better than our bullies.

My daughter is surviving this. The girls would send pictures of knives 🔪 and say “I just love killing”. The school and parents of the bullies chose to down play it. The police say we should proceed with filing a report. Even big cities are small minded when it comes to being swept up by the “popular families”. We still have three years to proceed but daughter is recovering with therapy and family and friends support. The amount of damage mentally cannot have a price tag but it has destroyed days if not the majority of the past two years. I share these stories of celebrities who have been bullied with my daughter to show her she isn’t the only one, there is getting past it without vengeance, and she can succeed. She is a sensitive, artistic(drawing), funny and most of all lovable girl . We take her to England and France and there we see sparks off of her old self who is joyful and has insightful conversations. On a last note, she is too young to have seen Tudors, but knows about King Henry and his wives. Enticed to learn more about Anne Boleyn we stayed at Hever Castle on two of our visits and named her Labrador-Pyrenees Anne Boleyn.

Natalie Dormer is my favourite actor! I'm quite a late bloomer aka I was never into acting when I was small like most people, i did music instead. however i found that really stressful and the only way i could not be stressed was by playing other people because it makes me think that I'm not the only person in the world. that there are other types of people who are/were suffering with worse cases than myself. i now go to central london school of speech and drama and really really enjoy it! I'm not taking drama for gcse because it doesn't help you at all. love natalie so much!!!!!!!!! i really want to write her fan mail because i've never done something like that before. does anyone know her address?

+heyitsgrace look up their agent and contact them. Fan mail usually goes to a separate address and then, through the agent, gets given to the actor. Most are usually inclined to give you a free autograph if they're not too busy, but I've never tried.

the thing about bullying. often times the bully will think they are the ones being bullied. Demi Lovato.

There's less bullying in schools than ever in history, and yet kids are weaker and more self centered. How is that possible? Probably because we are people of extremes. We're now coddling kids so badly they can't make up their own minds or solve their own problems as young adults. We went from "ah, it's just kids being kids" to "you cannot say anything to my child and if you dare to scold them for their behavior I will get you fired!"

where are you from? I can imagine bullying in the US is pretty tamed nowadays with how soft a society theyve become and how sensitive they are. but in countries over Europe, some of Asia and especially Australia its rampant with the worst shi lol

Let them bloody you when you're young enough to learn ... you sharpen your arsenal with the lessons taught whilst they consider theirs unnecessary. Be the dark horse and completely out-pace those who did you wrong. Those who are bullied have a perspective that is valuable; that you know how the trauma of mindless cruelty is something that can be survived and it's a furnace to forge you into something better.

She says that she was a late bloomer i.e. she realized at a point that she could have avoided the problems had she known the things she now know. Can a person who has gone through the same process, suggest what were the things that she discovered and how did she get better at handling people and social life.

If you're still interested in an answer, I'd like to help you with that (as a fellow late bloomer, immensely awkward to this day and loving it).

These two are genuine about being bullied. When I heard Jessica Alba saying the same thing, I just don’t believe her and I also know someone who went to school with Jessica and she was quite Miss Popular. I really don’t like liars

she is pretty now, but maybe she wasn't when she was a kid or she might have been awkward. for example Henry Cavill was bullied because he used to be fat as a kid. now, he's superman.
