Lets remember that she is a professional vocal coach and that she has a fully trained voice. She knows how to belt the proper way. If you watch her neck through the entire video, there is no muscle tension and no veins popping out. Also, she is a soprano, so this song is pretty low for a soprano song, if you take into account things like Phantom.
