I'm going to order the 5 year prayer journal via your link for my neighbor. My husband works long long hours and our closest family is 40 minutes away. My neighbor Amy comes to my rescue time and time again. Just last night she came to be with my 2 big kids while my 3yo went to the ER for trouble breathing (she's okay!). We have a few medical complexities and she rushes over no questions asked. She never asks for anything in return. She's a true angel. I've been trying to find a gift and this is perfect! She's on a journey to be more faithful and I think she will love it.

We don't have a large group to cook for but some of my family has used a heating pad under dishes to keep them warm during a meal. They would either put a dishtowel over it or tuck it under the tablecloth. Just in case someone needs something kept warm in a pinch. Also, handy for when you are wanting to make dough rise but don't want to put the oven on. I really liked your pine garland on the piano, looked like you went out and gathered branches and made it just for that spot !

I love the Birkenstock slippers we actually have several members that our family wear them all the time. They are so comfortable on your feet when you have to walk on a hard surface so we have family members that are teachers on their feet a lot they're wonderful when they come home. We have worn them for many years. I ordered the countdown to Christmas I'm really excited to do it with some little ones that come to my house and also show it to my grandchildren. That warming tray thinking if that would be an awesome gift for possibly one of my family members. And your lip balm is sold out the color we can't even order I am so discouraged. I have a hard time finding a color I like and I thought it would not only be a good one for me but I was going to get it for gifts for some family members. I figured my daughter and daughter-in-law's would love it. I so appreciate all your videos and all that you share and I love your blog as well. Also I love Heidi's devotional and Bible nuggets she shares. The Amazon Echo with the screen I got that for Christmas and I love it. My son gave it to me a couple years ago for Christmas it is the best

Pulling the tree out and setting it up is always one the highlights of decorating for Christmas - we've had an artificial tree at least since I was 3, if not before, and I'm now going on 30. There have been occasional times where I've wished that we went out to pick and cut down a tree, but every time I go to someone's house who has a real tree, I'm always reminded why I'm eternally grateful that ours is artificial.

Natalie - I recommend you purchase three more wooden Nativity sets from that Etsy shop. Put them away for each child. Gift them when they have their own family later on. Then they won’t ever fight over your set and it keeps that sweet memory going. Such a sweet tradition to pass along. Love your channel! Thank you.

The candles!! I have 3 little children under the age of 6 so putting out candles anywhere near them is a disaster waiting to happen but I always loved the look of them, I'll give the ones you recommend here a try. I use crock pots at the warm setting to serve my food for holidays. They were called buffet warmers back in the day. I still have my MIL's buffet warmer.

I love the idea of an advent Bible devotional!
