I really did get motivated after watching the 5am video! The whole thing inspired me to be productive and use time management. I get up really early and start my day now. I have been using the Best Me journal as well. Everything fits into place, and it is organized. My life feels lighter, and I am happy with it. Thank you!

I feel thereis a better community through group classes, the gym can be toxic, even with the gym world trying to be better, I feel there is more judgment in the gym vs in these group classes/pilates. Just my experience
