I have watched all 40! And literally look forward to it every Friday after work. Ngl, I was waiting for Dennis to say what the topic was at the end that Natalie did not want to discuss. Now I’m left hanging 😭🤣

servers get what’s called a tipped minimum wage, for example in PA, it’s 2.83 an hour. that’s why 20% is a good tip. commonly, anywhere between 15-20% is custom/nice. it really just depends on where you live, because the cost of living is different per state.

as someone who has never lived in america before, i really dont understand tippinggg. where i live, in europe, we only 'tip' a maximum of 5 euros in restaurants and only if the food is reallyyyy good. i really dont understand paying 20 or 30 dollars its crazy.

The massage people only get a percentage of what the total price is it may be 20 or 30%. This is why they request a tip. Also, there are places where the massage person has to buy their own supplies. Honestly, there is no need to tip these coffee shops and other places. A coffee shop employee makes around 15 dollars hourly. The only employees who make minimum wage are the servers at restaurants, and even now, they are raising the hr rate. Please don't be bullied into tipping. It has become a way that the establishment save money that they should be using to give to their employees. It not our job to cover their employees' expenses this is the companies job. Until us here in America take a stand to tipping culture, there won't be any changes. DO NOT TIP ANYONE THAT IS NOT A SERVER OR PROFESSIONALS PROVIDUNG YOU A SERVICES. (Hairdresser, barbers, aesthetician, ect)

I got a divorce (he cheated) at 32 after being married 10yrs with a special need son. I joined the dating site hinged, and there were some unhinged people there. I met an audiologist who did extacy. Another that wanted to meet me at a random park. Another that did not want to talk about nothing personal just how bad florida drivers are. 😂 it was a mess!! Thank God I met my partner at work, and so far, it has worked. He is really good with my son.

i don’t think tips are not mandatory but It feels so forced .. and then to get judged if you don’t .. or if it’s not to their liking .. it’s discouraging

Nah Natalie don’t apologize first again cuz Dennis is wronggg. Sometimes you need to apologize to be the bigger person and apologize even if it isn’t your fault (when it comes to reasonable issue between couples) 9:34

The older I get, the less excitement I feel about San valentines. It's over-rated and used for people to over consume. People dont go around being mean.Forgiveness is about one's self and having humility . Just because you are a certain way does not mean you have to stay in that mindset. 😊

It'll be nice to have a couple only valentines day jajjaja I'm a mom so valentines is pretty much a family thing so cooking and staying home is a no for me, I rather do something diferent as in going out have a dinner and spend time as a family .

People from the US are known for overtipping here in Europe because of the weird system that you have so it's veeeery common in the summer for us locals to get different prices/they lower them when they notice we're locals. Where I live, only old people still tip at all, only in fancy restaurants and always 10%
