Welcome to a self-care day🌈 Today we are shopping for goodies at ‪@cvs‬ & a huge thank you to them for helping me with my year-long wellness journey. #cvspartner I've learned SO much about myself and have explored some amazing wellness products along the way - here are some of my favorites from the video:

you guys know how much I struggle with my sleep, so anytime I’m struggling, these help me sleep like a baby!
✨ I also got Dennis the Michael Strahan Daily Defense Face and Neck Moisturizer because he’s officially THIRTY & FLIRTY, and it’s time to start moisturizing that gorgeous face lol He says it’s a light-weight formula, and the scent isn’t overpowering. Husband approved ✅
This time of year can be stressful for a lot of reasons, but through my wellness journey with CVS, I've learned to focus on one thing at a time, which you'll see more about in this video! And although the year is coming to an end, I'm motivated to create new goals for myself and continue the journey I've been on this year into the new year (with the help of my go-to store, CVS, nonetheless).

GET A SCALP SCRUBER, I have a VERY dry scalp and just massaging it into my scalp for 10 mins before a shower and 5 mins with shampoo in the shower MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE. dandruff BEGONE

i have actually tried the Maui shampoo and it could just be me but my hair was falling out way more then usually. i had just recently switched over to the Monday shampoo and i love it. it makes my hair so soft and shiny.

Hiiiii I luv ur vids for the press on nails here is a tip to make the last longer: use a cotton pad and nail polish remover to remove excess oils then use nail glue and the press on nails to make it last double the time! ;)

Some of my achievements are my anxiety has been getting better (less panic attacks!!), I’ve been feeling less upset and more happy, I’ve been recovering from past events, I won awards and got parts in plays and I got good grades this year. And I recovered from past relationships and was able to focus on me
