I notice that a lot people stretch our necks vertically when hitting high notes... especially in mix I think because they’re easier so it makes us feel like we’re almost still in chest. My Estill teacher had me hold a towel up and stretched behind my head to push the back of my head into it... which was a movement I’d never felt before. Now I notice it everywhere.
