Before you can play every hero and role, think of what role you can play the best. You can ask online for the meta heroes if you want or just try and practice every hero in a specific role; then you can choose which hero(es) you like the most in that specific role. Also, trying out different/ every hero and different roles in practice mode makes you also get better and from there, you can have your own way on how to counter them

Krixi,ilumia,natalya,ishar,lauriel, I didn't suggest veera because Veera can't harass and dont have long range and she is useless in teamfight but it depends on player :>

Veera is a noob's pick, if you want to be more than camping trash, NEVER pick Veera Useless in teamfights, and if she doesn't steal some early kills before the enemy snowballs, she'll be completely useless Generally pick mages with decent cc to help your team out, so Dirak, Krixi (very OP), Liliana (best mage according to most) or Diochan (high skill ceiling for S2) Otherwise mages with good damage, like Lauriel, Yue (very strong and safe pick, just land her skills accurately), Natalya Other mages aren't bad, (Marja and Veera are the only bad mages), but you need to main them to make them effective, like Maganga,Azzenka and Ignis
