Thank you for creating and sharing such a wonderful lecture. I found it to be very useful. Just want to point out one tiny inaccuracy. Around 15:50 you say the Fourier transform of the ACF gives the PSD which is correct. However, in the expression you write PSD as S_X(\tau) as a function of tau (or time-lag). I think it should be S_X(f) i.e., a function of 'f' frequency instead of 'tau'.

Great lecture, thank you! Is there a follow up video regarding using Machine Learning to classify the extracted features (you were hinting at that at the end)

are the number of electrodes the same number of features??

Please, what's the next chapter for the classification you mentioned. And how do I identify the frequency bands for my signal? Thanks

Hi. Thank you for the video. How can I separate frequency band (alpha, gamma) signals from the original EEG signal in Python?

Hi, I am stuck at this problem now. Did you manage to figure out the solution? Please do share.. It will be a great help
@AmirhoseinJ2 жыл бұрын
@@abdulkadersanju I think this is the solution: First you take FFT of the signal, we call this A. Then you create an array (B) which has an amplitude of 1 for the range of frequencies you want to filter, and 0 otherwise. If you multiply A by B and take inverse FFT of it, you get the desired result.

Do not buy EMOTIV INSIGHT the hardware is very expensive without a license and does not allow LSL or recording signals. If you want to use LSL you must pay $89.00/ per month. It continually disconnects bluetooth and has no communication cable. Every time you connect to the hardware it asks you to login via internet. Without the $89.00/ per month license you can only install it on one PC and when you change PC or sell it or it breaks down you are left with nothing. Disappointing for robotic control at the moment and is the equivalent in cost to buying a mid-high end laptop. Disappointing for robotic control at the moment and the equivalent in cost to buying a laptop. It is a total and absolute dependency and expensive.
