The Reporter must know the basic procedure of Land acqusition.1.Afyer the Final notification ,one cannot get it denotified BUT here the Original land owner was paid...the amount was Deposited in the Court as compenasation for his land MUDA went ahead with the development work nd the layout was formed. But the land which could not be denotied...was bought by CMs BIL and was Converted nd transferred to CMs wife. Here the legality is Hw can the Land which is already converted nd distributed as plots...can again be converted? After this 14 plots were handed over with a 50:50 ratio OMG
