Natas Kaupas Panther II My Colorway SMA/ Santa Cruz Skateboards

I decided to paint this new Natas Kaupas My Colorway board by SMA/ Santa Cruz Skateboards that was released last week. I’ve used Sharpie paint pens before but this time I tried the Posca paint pens. It only took 4 hrs compared to the Natas gold blind bag for 8 hrs I’ve painted in the past. Check out my other DIY paint video 12.13.21

Killer graphic work! I managed to pick up one too! It was my favorite deck to skate back in the day. I missed out on the blind bag sale, so I made sure to get one of these. Your video is inspirational and instructional definitely. If you don't mind me asking, what markers are those?

Drawing on skateboards is not a crime. I got a bunch of flack from the Bulldog Skates goons for posting pics of some Dogtown replicas that I drew. I think this is an awesome idea to encourage kids to also do their own graphics..

Did you ever have to remove any paint because maybe you smudged some? If so, what did you use?

@@darcyreava6895 Posca pens dries quick in a few seconds. You just have to be careful not to smudge it after applying it to the surface

@@Veyron9one6 How did you find the pens compared? I hope you get to do more of these? Didn't the Winkowski board come out with one? I couldn't begin to do one, no motivation but they look truly amazing. It would have to take pride of place.

@@seekah1 these Posca pens are much easier to paint these boards. Could be just the matte finish on this Natas My Colorway compared to gold foil Natas blind bag. Love the shade of colors too compared to the Sharpie pens. SC released a whiteout Primeval in the past.
