I really wish Natasha would bring out a pastel colourful palette that’s everyday wearable. I think she would do a really great job of it. I just have so many ‘neutrals’ already from her other palettes. For me she’s doubling up on shades...so many golds, so many browns...I am a little tired of them. I do love her though. Great video. I might need this palette!! My nickname is Biba and I love the whole biba aesthetic. I leaned about Biba when I lived in London and learned about the culture of London in the 60’s. Lisa Eldridge has a great video featuring authentic biba makeup. I’m too old to be a biba girl, lol, but with Natasha’s interpretation, I can be a modern biba girl!

Thank you for getting this review up so quickly. I ended up having to run by my local Sephora to do an exchange, and the sales associate pulled out the palette to create a tester while I was in the store. With it being a permanent palette, I opted to wait and see some reviews by KZbinrs that I trust as a few shades didn't seem to swatch at that well (though I know that finger swatches don't always reflect a shadow's performance). As a consumer, I'm glad that I'm showing a bit of restraint as I find that larger palettes aren't ones that I typically use. As always, I appreciate your thoughtful and informative impressions. For the time being I think I'm going to wait for some of the later launches by Chanel. I can't wait to see the new cruise collection and how the Ombre Premiere Gloss is in comparison to the Surratt.

I absolutely agree with you regarding the warmth of this palette. I was hoping for a more neutral, leaning cool color story. Calling it an All Neutrals palette is a bit of a stretch. This one has too many similarities to other palettes for me to justify picking this up. I'm waiting for Natasha's next release in hopes of receiving a cooler or true neutral palette...

Girl- you are my people!!!! First I saw with this release and awesome with the comparisons throughout her range. I appreciate you! I only have the gold, tropic, camel and nude mini so I am really considering this one. I love your thoughts on neutral palettes being like blue jeans and for me it would be jogger pants- I cannot get enough and I think her formula is amazing- they last me my entire 12-14 hour work day with very little fade. Sooooooo many complaints with her changing formulas with recent palettes like Tropic ... Any comments specifically on the formula for Biba in comparison Michelle??? Ty for the VERY informative vid on Biba and getting up so quick!!

I've played with it a bit more after filming, and I think the formulas are amazing. The metallics remind me more of her Gold Palette, not Tropic, and the creamy mattes are very consistent with her previous mattes. So smooth and creamy. Blends like a dream. The Cream to Powder formula is such an interesting formula that she introduced with holiday 2017, I think, and they have an amazing transformative characteristic to them. They're not thick and super opaque so they're great for blending and layering. I'm just loving this palette more and more!

I think she meant ‘neutral’ as in ‘everyday wear’ not warm or cool. Ya know, kinda how we say ‘neutral warm palette ’ or ‘neutral cool palette.’ Not necessarily neutral in tone. At least that’s how I took it when I first saw it released. Honestly, even though it’s a neutral palette, this one makes the most sense to me when it comes to dropping 129$ because it can be used every day. You can get your money’s worth for sure.

I’m looking forward to seeing your three looks from this palette. I have so many palettes with red shadows and red undertones I need to see how red the middle row actually is. My skin tone seems to exaggerate the red and gives me the conjunctivitis look unless I’m very careful. Not a pretty look . 😜

Some get so offended because a new "neutral" palette comes out ~~ I can get "offended" and roll my eyes at a new "colorful" palette that tries too hard to be "new" and different ~~ it's the color wheel, it is awesome to create differing subtleties ~~ but that it what it is, subtle ~~ we are after that divine formula, that perfection in hue, texture, performance, that pigment that makes our heart skip a beat, because it feels like home .
