The ND color finder feature is flawed, and it prompted me to choose the power foundation in a color that was 1-2 shades too light, and I used my $30 off points, they told me I couldn’t exchange for the right color and to return, I have to pay to send it to them and the points were just lost because I’d have to repurchase. For this amount of money? I can’t ever give them my business again. I’m on a ND strike.

That is crazy and upsetting to hear! I kept the powder that was too light because I do like it to set my under eyes and t zone, so not a totally waste. I thought about purchasing a new one but cannot find it in stores to confirm the correct match. Hearing your story..I wouldn’t want to take a chance of ordering a new one that is still off in color. That sucks about your points.. I don’t think that is ok! You should still have your point to go towards whatever you decide to get if you had to return an item. I bought the new Golden Palette with my points, hope I am not disappointed 😉
