@@HarryJeffery Bands Visit would've been even harder, as the leads were not from London. Chumisa is busy at the National until the end of June anyways, so it'd have to be after that or they'd have to recast. Mind she has been off for over a week now, so I don't know if she will even come back.

@ThePadamic I don't think I'd mind that, so long as we keep Maimuna as Sonja. I saw Annie as Natasha on Saturday and actually preferred her to Chumisa. They were both great vocally, but Annie gave her a naive bratty energy that made Natasha's choices easier to understand, whereas Chumisa seemed more innocent naive.

I honestly really don't like what I see... As someone who deeply loves this show this just feels messed up almost. That Dust and Ashes is truly truly awful, all of the emotion has been sucked from the song and hes just riffing or talking, no in between.

@@ThePadamicTrue, but also, even when Comet began in Ars Nova, a teeny tiny dinner theatre, there was still some good ol’ aristocratic pizzaz. The creators were very deliberate in carrying forward the original Ars Nova vibe which is why Broadway still had catwalks.

It's a non-replica production, different director so different vision. Donmar is known for being a little experimental in their art so this is nothing new for them
