She is possibly the only heir of this almost extinct tradition of Prima Ballerinas, when for the connoisseur this title meant a goddess who danced and through her dance could dominate the multitudes. the problem was that Ivan Knew she was coming for the balances, and if he let her to do the choreography she regularly dances with three consecutive long standing balances it would not have place for him during the short adagio to shine (because she can eat the audiences up just staying musically during each of those three) thats why he jumped brilliantly prior the balance and the audience went down... she just took advantage of the only balance she had to show off even getting out of music

Luis Vizcaino tienes toda la razón. Y por eso el resultado general del pdd es más bien pobre. Contradictoriamente, ambos brillaron y el resultado fue pobre. El ballet no es una competencia entre gimnastas.

El problema....es que para él fue un trabajo muy difícil porque no sabía que iba a hacer ella y por su agresividad bailando......según él mismo fue una muy mala experiencia bailar con ella.

Wilfredo A. Ramos tuvieron poco tiempo , la Osipova es una loca bailando , hace más locuras que viengsay, pero esa si Vasiliev la tolera , yo tuve la dicha una noche de caminar con los dos 2 cuadras conversando mientras Osipova se fumaba dos cigarros , y la compatibilidad entre ellos desde el punto de vista personal es muy grande y se entienden .. ese montage con Viengsay fue de ahora para ahorita .. bastante bien les quedo

viengsay no debio cambiar la coreografia a la que esta acostumbrada no se lucio con que debia pero como siempre magnifica y hermosa el sorprendente aunque debe crecer mucho como partner y tener cuidado en las terminaciones de los pasos se le ve un poco impreciso y aprender a controlar esa gran fuerza que tiene

Vasiliev needs to improve his job as a partenier. To be a rounded dancer you need to be a good partenier, and he is not. The balances of Viengsay are magnificent. The audience ugly. I have seem many other codas from Viengsay better than this one. She is better that what she shows in this performance.

There is something unattractive in how Valdez tries to elongate the applause by endless bows to the point that at one point Vasilyev simply leaves her alone on the stage. I don’t think Valdez is aware of her partner, she fails to achieve greatness because she’s only focused on technique and showing off her talent for balancing. It’s too much of an acrobatic performance for my taste. Vasilyev on the other hand has both incredible technique and the ability to connect with his partner to create a character.

Christine Still again .. is not art meant to be an incentive for our senses , vision , taste , sound , smell .. the audience (which not a regular audience , being mostly composed by future ballet stars , young generations of dancers and students) is living every minute... Let them Be .. don’t steal a moment of pure joy from their life .. Vasiliev and Viengsay danced that way in purpose .. for them no for a critics or a jury
