This is just a miracle! Such weightless tube pies. Very thin, fragile, thin dough and a lot of juicy delicious apple filling. What could be better and tastier? Everyone loves them! Tubes with apples. Baking for tea.

For 20 pieces:
Dough:
- 130g water
- 80g vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. Sahara
- 1/4 tsp. salt
~ 270-300g flour
Filling:
- 4-5 apples
- 1-2 tbsp. Sahara
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 0.5 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. semolina (as needed)
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for ~ 20 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of your oven.
! Lenten version: stew apples in vegetable oil. Do not grease the tubes with yolk on top. Can be greased with vegetable oil.
