This was delicious! One recommendation if you are using fresh shrimp (I use fresh prawn) is to let them soak in some salt water over night. It allows the salt to sink into the shrimp and gives them a much better flavor! You will end up with extra liquid in the pan when cooking. You can reserve this liquid to then add into the sauce in place of the pasta water. So flavorful!

Thanks for this. I made it for my daughter who has Celiac Disease. I have to find good meals to cook at home for her. I could tell she really liked it. I think it was fancy restaurant quality. I loved the sauciness and the flavor of the fresh basil. I used Barilla gluten free fettuccine and it came out great.

I use sun dried tomatoes ( julienne cut without oil ) in your pasta salad recipe, in place of cherry tomatoes. The sun dried tomatoes hold up better without making the salad watery. Plus they add a burst of flavor when you bite into them. Gotta try this Tuscan Shrimp Recipe! Excellent!

Thanks made it today for my Daughter for Sunday Dinner, I added Spinach, but I am bouillon, smoke paprika, fresh basil, and fresh parsley to it start and Pap are at one more color and I did add the sun-dried tomatoes. It shows awesome thank you for your recipe. Just add in my little twist and it’s beautifully colorful.
