here in europe retail workers have to pull every product to the front so that the shelves look fuller! also, if there is an empty space somewhere, you just get one product that‘s next to it and ‚widen it out‘ so there‘s no empty space anymore. It‘s better to have just one ‚front row‘ of products than to have empty spaces haha!
