Phil actually explained on stream what happened on the ninja warrior course: basically, Tommy thought he had rented it all but there was some sort of miscommunication between the owners and his team so they had to film the vlog with all of the kids there.

I’m late but Ranboo mentioned in a stream the “hierarchy” in the Bench trio, If Tommy doesn’t want to do something, the will not do it at all, if Tubbo doesn’t want, then they probably won’t do it, but they will think about doing it anyways, and if Ranboo doesn’t want to do something... They WILL do it lol This also functions with choosing a place to eat, Tommy has the priority even if he is the minor in age

Phil mentioned on stream that he used to do parkour a lot in his teens; that's how he learnt to do the wall climbing/crossing section in the ninja warrior course. Also he did it twice coz Tommy was still sitting on the ground in shock the first time XD Philza Minecraft is built different.

Tip if you're ever getting a hand climbing up a wall like in the parkour video - swing your leg up and one of the helpers, grab the leg. Lifting directly up with no foot or leg traction is harder, but if you've got a leg up it's way easier, legs are strong and usually it's enough for you to heave yourself with minimal aid from helpers pulling you up...especially if you and the wall are covered in slick mud. I've done some fun obstacle races.
