Its early, so it should be organic, but follow your gut. Im not a huge sports guy, but if you did a sports segment, I think that would be cool. Also dig into your Tennessee roots. Just follow your authenticity. Itll be good. You could def hit the Southern/Sports podcast niche.

The donut challenge is actually too funny since Segura and Kreischer just tried it on two bears. Kreischer was positive he could eat a dozen and didn’t, so definitely want to see Weber (with one b) give it a shot. I’d say go for it!!

I felt the same way. I found Nate on iTunes and then bought Full Time Magic on Comedy Central and have been a huge fan and promoter of his ever since. He’s the one comedian I never hesitate to recommend. Every body who hears him thinks he’s hilarious.

Just last night I introduced my son (12) to Full Time Magic. He and I share a love of stand-up, he falls asleep to comedy soundtracks every night. Last night he laughed harder than he ever has, his abs and cheeks hurt from laughing so much 😊😊. Nate immediately replaced Zoltan Kaszaz and Tom Segura as his favorite comedian. I can’t wait for him to hear the rest of his work. ❤️

Ok here is a comment for you: After watching several videos of your shows last night I tried to work today, a quiet type of work (think listening to people) and your jokes would randomly pop into my mind and spontaneously cause me to giggle…..not the best for my sessions but time passed easier. The image of you riding on your sister’s boat for example. You. Are. A. Joy.

I came for a doughnut competition but all I got was this lousy shirt. All the hype, all the hoopla around doughnuts and we get zilch. Hopefully this will be rectified in the future. I am expecting a full on production. A “Hardknocks” or “24/7” style documentary series leading up to the competition. What did they do for training, what did they eat the week/day before? Are they coming in to walk up music? What kind of milk are they using to chase? Whole, skim, chocolate, water or is one of these guys going to turn out to be a complete psychopath and have a coke sitting next to him to wash down those glazed rings being shoved down his gullet. Since the boxing match was on the same day as Nate’s special, how much impact and planning does the Vandy football schedule play into shows, specials in the fall? Speaking of psychopaths. If you order a feta cheese pizza hold the feta because you are allergic, you deserve the coin flip of anaphylactic shock your body could go into. Unless you are chasing that piece of pizza with an epi-pen, then I look at that as natural selection at its finest. We also learned that space is “Brian’s thing”

Great start! I know you said you're looking for feedback, so here it goes. I'd suggest perhaps a few recurring segments that people can count on. Because you guys can mine comedy gold out of almost anything, you could do a "strange news segment" where you give your thoughts on the most outrageous news of the past week. Or a "what are we watching segment." You did that with the Netflix show and that was very funny. You could do a get to know you segment of "two truths and a lie" where one of you comes up with the two truths and a lie story and the other two have to guess which one is the lie. I just tend to gravitate towards podcasts that have a predictable format. But maybe that's just me. I'm gonna keep listening because I find your content hilarious. And, BTW, I had to pull off the road listening to you last summer so you're in good company.

They literally burn the food. You can burn it with a set amount of other fuel, which you can measure the Calories for separately, and then deduct from the total, or often use what is called a bomb calorimeter. That is exactly what it sounds like.

I just paid for 7 VIP seats to see you Sept 9, 2021 in Greenville, SC from FRONT ROW. I wouldn’t do that for Bill Burr (or any comedian for that matter). Your comedy has been amazing. Hey Nate, big fan, so glad you're doing a podcast! Here's a question I've always wanted to ask you. By always I mean, the last 30 minutes. I'm a comic originally from Michigan and have spent some time in the LA scene however with the condition of the industry, the world and a desire to focus on my relationship I've made the move back to Michigan temporarily and am planning tk go to Chicago or possibly Nashville when things open up. As a comic who was able to have some mainstream success while not being based out of LA or NYC what advice would you give to comics starting today who want to be successful but want to stay in a smaller city. Thanks for your time man, I'm gonna go get some milk with ice.
