Unfortunately we live in a country with extremely unpatriotic people who allow their 4th amendment rights to be completely violated with police dogs, which should be 100% illegal as it is. Also, according to the law, police are NOT allowed to use police dogs without probable cause AND that police dog signals are NOT probable cause. Unfortunately though, these cops do whatever they want, break the law, and get away with it every single time. It’s because we live in a country where people are so unpatriotic that they not only allow their rights to be violated but actually worship and praise the police for doing so. It’s disgusting that some peoples first experience of the so called “free country” is basically an authoritarian, violent, police state. Unbelievable.

@@mike47734 Mike, CBP is not the police. It's border control. If you arrive into the country from abroad all those laws are out of the window. If you enter into USA (or Canada, or most countries I know about) by car, they can legally strip you, strip your car, walk a dog OVER YOUR BED (when you're a trucker), and so on. And I will tell you if you're watching this, I have great sympathy for the lady from Trinidad. She seems to be going through this lots of time. It's very humiliating but she keeps calm. There are lots of good people out there who can only afford traveling in her style and means but with good intentions. Unfortunately many never make it through the immigration gates even when they already have visas. It's okay to keep the boarders functioning but unfortunately the process and system is very inhumane to so many coming from some jurisdictions of this one planet where we all have a right to live!! The fact that we get free documentaries on KZbin by National Geographic is truly a gift. 👍👍👍 May I also remind you the fact that our Native American population in our motherland, the Continent of America before the European Colonizers arrived, was around 15 millions, while the European population in their motherland, the Continent of Europe was around 25 millions. Today, Native American population is 15 million, while the European population, in the Continents of America + Europe, is a staggering TWO BILLION! A shocking sad truth. 😔 In my humble opinion, it's about time to decolonize the Colonized lands, and return it to rightful owners Native American people. Notorious global cardinal crimes the Christian West has committed, and benefited a great deals, such as Slavery & Colonialism had long been over, why on earth is notorious Colonization still lingering on, may I ask? 😔

@cb3514
@cb3514 5 ай бұрын
Neither, as no injustice or transgressions were committed. There are implied consent laws that exist in most countries that, after international travel, allow full search of any items/persons by customs & immigration officers on site. The official documents all passengers are required to sign during the purchase of said airfare, as well as at arrival, negates the expectation of privacy, the necessity of a warrant, and increases profiling those traveling amongst certain countries where specific contraband materials exist in elevated supply. It's not pleasant or politically correct, but does occur consistently across the globe as somewhat of a necessary evil.

There are implied consent laws in most countries that, after international travel, allow full search of any and all items/persons by customs & immigration officers on site. The official documents all passengers are required to sign during the purchase of said airfare, as well as at arrival, negates the expectation of privacy and the necessity of a warrant to proceed. It is a necessary evil in an effort to protect citizens and streamline the process as much as possible. Imagine waiting on warrants during what is already a tedious & chaotic activity...
