ur goosebumps wil go away if u know these people when put the foundation first time it was wrong and they came to know after completing the foundation. How can someone be so blind that only read the design and not the actual site? Then it was cancelled and again tendered for correct design and elevation. the old design was way too aspirational and impossible. Though the approach for this bridge is another challenge, but not for international engineers.
