My skin is like yours and I usually get acne from high blood sugar levels I ended up stop drinking coffe and omg the difference was crazy and started taking probiotics and drinking ginger and turmeric and lemon tea every night and started taking dim supplements but they say if you have high cortisol levels that can cause it too so I’m going to be trying to lower my cortisol levels see if that does a difference and change my diet since my diet isn’t exactly the best but it makes me feel not alone when people show that their skin is perfect and that should be normalised because it would make people feel not so alone and I appreciate you for doing that I can’t believe I’ve been watching you since you were living with your parents and the get ready and sneaking out videos
