So pleased to have Nathan Jones at Charlton. When he was at Yeovil Town he used to help coach the ladies team in his own time including my daughter. Recon he will do well.

Some of our fans( Luton) have mixed feelings about him these days but none of us can deny the job he did here. He changed the whole culture at the club In his first spell, got us out of league two. Granted, he jumped ship when Stoke came calling which pissed us all off but he came back and kept us in the championship when we were all but down. If the Charlton players take to him quickly, the fans will see the results of it. I wish him well #coyh
@KebabMusicLtd10 ай бұрын
Ironically, both times he left us for a team in red & white stripes, we went on and got promoted. I forgave him his ship jumping when he rescued our Championship season in 2020 (four years already???) But I seriously wish him well. With the right back room staff in place (including decent scouts) he could turn Charlton's fortunes around.

Nathan Jones did an excellent job at LUTON TOWN and prior at this club he was a success; he's a humble Christian gentleman who like any football manager/coach loves being around football. A great motivator and leader, I'm sure he will be successful at Charlton, and give his young squad more quality coaching experience, AMEN!!!

Dude, he ruined Stoke & us. I feel for you guys. You've got a bloke that doesn't take responsibility. He says it's God's will if he loses and a tactical masterclass by him if he wins. If the opposition go down to 10 men, he thinks that gives them an advantage. You'll call for his sacking by the end of the season. He's 1 for 1 in losses already. I'm sorry, but I'm being honest. Good luck 👍🏻

The sooner your players can adapt to the Christmas tree formation the better it will be for you all. If he can get the same dedication that he got out of Luton, he will have you playing attractive football before the first snows of (next) winter. He may even bring in one or two former hatters players to help him "up the football league we go"
@Cockpit_Racing10 ай бұрын
Yeh we all said this about the last manager. Maybe just maybe it might be that we have SHIT players. Jones we need you so sack the dead weight and sign players that can make a impact.

He drew the short straw there. Pep could have taken over at the Saints, wouldn't have made a difference and they'd still have gone down. Nathan's good at what he does, but will need a bit of time. Was brilliant for us. He built the foundations over a couple of years, saved us from certain relegation from the Championship when he came back and we wouldn't be in the prem now without the players he signed and coached. I wish only good things for Nathan at Charlton, and I'll be checking your results now! .
