This is very true, go to God in prayer and have faith and he will deliver. He did that very same thing for our family when I was a little girl, my cousins and auntie and mom prayed over emptied plates, we set the table and prayed and next thing we know, people were knocking at the door with bags and bag of groceries. WE had so much food, we couldn't even put it all up. Thank you Jesus!!

I like him but I don't like preachers that appear to be on-sided. This service should have been about the womanizing father he said he loved soooooo much. I love and respect Pastor Simmons but something doesn't sit right with me. The church jumps up in agreement when he calls women "no good lazy heiffer" for not cooking or preparing the table but in this same sermon he says "I LOVED my father" who got a highschool teenage girl pregnant (pedophile) and then left his wife and children. I see this in the COGIC church my whole life. Women are judged so harshly over slave labor and attire while men can whore around and be praised. It's the double standard for me. I enjoy most of his messages but this one, not so much.
