Too easy? I can understand why you'd say that as a Mario fan, but give this game to somebody who's less experienced with platformers or video games in general and you'll see why. This game wasn't designed for series veterans. It's actually a surprisingly challenging game for people who are just casual players, and that's who it's designed for! I know that that doesn't mean that it's a good game for *you*, but that doesn't mean the difficulty is poorly designed. It just means that being too easy for series veterans was not something they were trying to avoid.

They could easily assume that one of the other action buttons opens doors. Especially players having this game as their introduction to Mario platformers or platformers in general. Dude. -This star coin is deceptively hard to grab [...] No it's not. ...Yeah, nothing else to say. It's subjective. -You don't know pain until you have to beat Mummy Pokey as Mini Mario just to unlock World 4. 1. It's not even that hard. Got it on like the second try. Again, subjective. 2. If you attempt to beat the levels without getting any star coins. Most of the levels are easy. Trying to get all the star coins makes SOME of the levels challenging.

The mini mushroom is actually one of my favorite mario powerups, you have a really small hitbox and you just jump/run around any enemies that you encounter.
