I really think it’s a pity that karate didn’t enter the Paris Olympics this time , otherwise I would have had the chance to see Nat’s Kata match 🥋🥋🥋 Nat did not participate in the last Tokyo Olympics 😢😢😢

I think we should end Olympic game. Let each sport have their own world competitions. There are too many competitions take place in the same time during Olympic. We cannot enjoy watching them anymore. Just imagine switching TV program every 5 - 10 minutes. The ancient Greek placed all games in one place only so that all games can be watched, but now it is more about which country gets the most medals.

Yeah, we want to see all the combat sports displayed for the world, I think all the safety measures compared to the non Olympic version is a little to much though, they should allow the TKD and Karate to be full contact, or at least add Kyokushin or Kickboxing

when people learn new kicks they think they're done but that's not it you can improve your kicks and master them like making them faster stronger batter higher more stability so yeah it's more than just learning new kicks you also have to improve and master them same thing with punches

Thank you so much for this video guys. I’ve never been able to do a decent back kick. It was always some offbalanced spinning kick. This really improves, especially when you turn down the speed of the video at some points. Also I’m still struggling with doing striking kicks like the roundhouse kick. I don’t feel comfortable moving my leg like this and it doesn’t feel like I can generate much power from these kicks. Some advice on how to improve there would be really great.

hey Nat, I love your videos, but have a suggestion on how the videos could help a little more : some kicks could have come in slow motion. Additionally add a pause to show what is important, for example "the foot turns in - pause - red circle on the foot (this is how it should stand) wait 2sec and let the clip run again ... that's all I can think of. thumbs up

@kenirawadi4689
@kenirawadi4689 3 ай бұрын
Since you will visit a doctor, I will not suggest this anymore 😊. But one reason could be an over training. Our body needs time to recover. Additionally, training the same technique too much is not good, since we will build imbalance strenght. The other part is flexibility and strenght, these will help the mobility which then reduce the burden on our joints. Train slowly, we might see if there are some lacks with our technique. Good luck.
