Nation Update: BDF field hospital as best practice

Heads of some Caribbean and the United Kingdom military got the opportunity to see part of the operations of the Barbados Defence Force’s field hospital.
Lieutenant Colonel Junior Browne, commander of the field medical team, told the visiting top-ranking officers that following 2017, which produced a number of Category 5 hurricanes throughout the region, the facility was set up to be used at a moment’s notice.
