PM10 & PM2.5 is particles not gases, please correct, Also, Nickel, Arsenic and Lead are heavy metals. Other than this, all are gases. You are expert in Environmental Sc, such is not expected form u. Further, please explain ur students, why CO and Ozone gets monitored differently then other pollutants. Keep it up. You can do better, please prepare well. Keep it up.

Please be informed that the chemicals which are being emitted on daily basis by the Plant located at plot number 198 and 199 Naroda GIDC Phase 2, are very harmful hazardous and dangerous not only to human life but also for the entire ecosystem ( plants, animals, birds).. The plant is located on main road so all the persons passing by that road have to suffer from adverse health effects of hazardous chemicals. We, the residents of Muthiya village and surrounding areas are suffering from many breathing ailments, skin diseases, heart related ailments and many other diseases. The name of the above mentioned plant is "Clean green society". The owners and members of above mentioned organisation are unethical and having wealth power. The chemical gases are emitted on daily basis by above mentioned plant. They emit the chemical and gases generally after sunset or at an irregular time so that no legal authorities can detect and catch them red-handedly. We, dwellers of Muthiya village and surrounding areas have many times visited the plant owners personally to persuade them to stop the emission of hazardous chemicals and gases but they are denying allegation and saying they don't emit any hazardous chemicals or gases which is a white-lie. Rather, they claim that they are running some good organization called clean and green society and it is their NGO kind of organization. But they are running the plant without following any of the environmental rules or policies. They don't have any fear of government or god. They are not following environmental regulations. They don't allow us to enter into the plant so that we can see their illegal operations and catch them red handedly. They, rather, threaten us to file a police case against us. From the said plant many times poisonous chemicals and gases are emitted which causes bitter throat, bitter taste on tongue which is the clear evidence of presence of poisonous, hazardous and harmful chemicals in the gases emitted by them. We are facing difficulty in breathing. This plant is running since a long time. And we have also complained many times against them to GPCB (Gujarat Pollution Control Board) officers. But all the officers of GPCB are saying are giving false promises of taking necessary actions. They haven't taken any proper actions against the hazardous plant nor they have conducted any scientific inspection of the hazardous plant. Hence, we are compelled to write directly to the PMO, CMO to stop the said plant or relocate to any other place. Low Height Chimney : They don't have even proper height chimney. When the GIDC was established there were no high-rise buildings or flats near to GIDC. So the height of chimney is low. But, today many flats and residential schemes like Shankheshwar Township, Samor flats, Bansi apartment, Shriram flats etc have been built and many humans dwell in these flats. So, there is immediate need of increasing the height of all the chimneys of all the plants of all the phases of Naroda GIDC. Thank you. Mobile [phone] Kalpesh Shah
