Punk'd was a terrible show. Ashton Kutcher isn't a good actor.

Actually, one of the verses is quite racist. Key witnessed blacks fighting for the British so that they could win their freedom. "No refuge could save the hireling and slave From the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave: "

Are these 'extra verses' actually verses of the anthem that just isn't sung, or did Jamie and crew make them up and add them?
@lLooN3y4 жыл бұрын
extra verses that aren't sung because lol its long and because of the slavery line that references the acceptance of British soldiers killing slaves in order to save American soldiers of some sort. I dont know the full story.
@triciaramgoolam40454 жыл бұрын
@@lLooN3y damn. That's harsh. Thank you.
@UncleUncleRj3 жыл бұрын
@@lLooN3y @Tricia Ramgoolam It's not about acceptance of killing slaves, the part of the song is : No refuge could save the hireling and slave. From the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave --- This isn't acceptance of killing the slaves, it's still singing about how awful and gloomy that night was, in which the fort (Ft. McHenry) came under assault and could not protect anyone, including hirelings (employees) and slaves. Nobody could possibly find any refuge with that massive British fleet firing at them all night. Yet when the morning came, the star-spangled banner yet waved.

Jamie Kennedy Experiment was a brilliant show. I consider it to be an American version of the British hidden camera show Beadle's About. It's better than Punk'd. Punk'd was a terrible show. Ashton Kutcher doesn't hold a candle to Jamie Kennedy and Kutcher ain't a good actor. Like the Drew Carey era of Whose Line Is It Anyway, Jamie Kennedy Experiment was one of the funniest shows on American television.
