Depends on how you define the border between Asia and Europe. Most used is the geographic one with the Ural mountains and Ural river defining the border between Europe and Asia. And thus including a part of Kazakhstan in Europa, just like Russia and Turkey. This is also why Armenia and Azerbaijan are includes as part of Europe (border is the Araz River) while Turkey in the west of these countries isn't... because there isn't a clear border, it only shows how stupid it is to divide the Eurasian continent into two parts...
