If you don't understand, the OFN is basically the United Nations/NATO but in this universe, OFN takes its place.

this is oversimplified but, Axis Won ww2 and the USA and UK remnants formed a NATO esc group(Organization of Free Nations) to oppose the Einheitspakt(N@zi Warsaw pact basically).
