yes yes and yes. More galleries. They are a fun way of teaching. Plus, it feels like a date (the experience of going to a gallery). The real close ups are appreciated.

Museum was fantastic! And that shop, ugh! Lol I went to one like that couple weeks ago. It was a dangerous place. All the quality stuff. Made it out only $45 later lol, don't worry making for $200 order tomm for some stack lead white, more lead ground. Those pastels were scrumptious lol

Thank you for the visit inside the National Gallery. I wish I could visit it. Be careful, the painter you named "Claude" is in fact "Claude GELLÉ" also called "Claude Le LORRAIN".

how long do you think should be spent at the gallery? i want to plan my trip but dont know how much time to alocate. Additionally, what about the Tate Mod?
@ArtLifeWeekly2 жыл бұрын
Very good question Victoria however its impossible to answer its totally dependant on how long you normally spend at a gallery - this ones BIG so if you like to take your time set out a good few hrs then again if you're quick and are coming to see just one particular artist/ exhibition it can be 20 mins..... Tate modern is a great gallery too.... again though totally depends you!

Those oil pastels look fantastic. But I think I would ruin one in seconds. Using the linseed oil was a good idea to make them go further. But pastels can allow you to make a constant linear mark not always achievable with a brush. Maybe use them where needed and oil paint where not. Great work as always. I'm currently binge watching all your tutorials :-)

Yes I’ve found the oil pastels work well sparingly and most useful in high contrast areas, to conserve them , I suppose fat over lean so they would be the last applied 🤓@@ArtLifeWeekly
