Good afternoon sir..❤ 4:30- The National Human rights Commision are the Gurrantor and watch dog of Human rights; 6:00- International Convenents on Political , Social, economical and for CULTRUAL RIGHTS. 6:06- International Covenants Means the International covenants on Civil and political rights and International covenants on economis ,social and cultural rights. 22:10- AFSPA stands for Armed forces special powers act which gives unfettered powers to armed forces and central armed police forces deployed in DISTRURBED AREAS to kill anyone acting in contravention of law and arrest and search any premises without a warrant and with protection from prosecution.

Good evening sir 22:00 AFSPA stands for armed forces ( special powers) act , 1958 is an act of the parliament of India that grants special powers to the Indian armed forces to maintain public order in "disturbed areas ". The AFSPA grants the military wide powers of arrest, the right to shoot to kill and to occupy or destroy property in counter insurgency operations.
