Ahnia Espinosa won the Gold medal in the 2023 National Inter-School Taekwondo Championships held at Ninoy Aquino Stadium. She has won 12 gold medals out of 12 taekwondo competitions since she started participating in the sport in October 2022.

First match at least 24 seconds were lost. When the ref does the 8 count they are supposed to pause the clock until the ref calls resume. Also, every kick scored by both girls are gamjangs as they both grab and crescent. That’s illegal. Younger girl actually kicks well, although the ref’s 8 count is way too quick. Keep training!

I'm sorry that your big sister's 10 seconds is not used. Your coach claps to that girl at the table to pay her attention so that she can stop the timer but it seems she is aware of it. She wants to win your big sister opponent. your big sister wasn't given the chance to catch the score. sorry for my bad english though
