Pakistani cuisine consists mostly of meat dishes, this is a huge difference with Indian cuisine. We do have veggie dishes aswell but most of the veggie dishes will be served with meat like mutton or chicken

So we have to add meat... it's more like a tradition to eat meat. like some Indian cuisines like Kerela and Gujrati the thali with all the veges... yum....we do have many vege dishes but i think you should look more on cooking shows..
