Nope, Memphis all day. The name changed decades ago from Gangsta Walkin, Buckin, to Jookin. Memphis Jookers traveled nationwide decades ago to compete in different dance competitions in different cities around the nation the same way the young cats are doing today. Memphis jookers were literally destroying these cats, and they started stealing little parts of jook moves and giving the moves their own name. With that being said, after Chicago dancers got CRUSHED by Memphis jookers decades ago, they stole the foot movements and they call it Juking which is a rip-off of Jooking
