Why does mine ice up really bad around freezer lid?? It's terrible 😞

Humidity in the air adheres to cold surfaces, the freezer lid is lower temp than anywhere else, outside of the freezer. Fridges don't produce humidity but humidity bonds to the colder surfaces of the fridge or freezer. I'd venture to guess you live somewhere with consistent humidity? The more you can keep the lid close, the better but over time, with normal use, humidity will turn to frost.

Keep the door closed. Or reset the door seal with a warm hair dryer.

@Equipt1 thank you for your reply. But I've had other brand duel zone fridge freezer side by side and no icing up. I did try adjusting the locks to tighten up the seal but no less iceing up.... I'm frustrated but it is great on power usage.
