Nice radio. What are you using for your antenna? And yes, most all Panasonic products are usually built like this one is. Most are very robust and built like a tank.

For shortwave I used a long wire about 30 feet which is spread on my terrace. In the video of AM I haven't used any antenna yet. May be I will do a video in the future with the external AM antenna(Mini-Whip)
